The Kindergarten class had a Country/City Mouse party to celebrate the completion of a Social Studies unit on Urban, Rural, and Suburban Areas. We had so much fun dressing up as country and city mice. We enjoyed some delicious city and country snacks too!

You will need a picture of yourself to upload at the end of the registration process. An updated May school calendar has been uploaded to our website and will be sent home with report cards. Please note the changes from our previous calendar (on the reverse of the lunch menu).

As part of our effort to engage families in our school improvement process, we will be holding a Parent Focus Group on Wednesday, May 25th at 6pm on Zoom. The purpose of the GCCS Parent Focus Group is to inform teachers and administrators about parents’ perspectives on school and their children’s learning experiences. Participants are invited to share their opinions and suggestions in a respectful and productive manner. There will be ground rules for confidentiality and kindness. We are hoping to form a diverse group of parents/guardians who have varying views on education and learning.
